A. Film / Enteric Coating:
The solution is pumped into a spray gun, which atomizes the liquid into fine droplets. The droplets are sprayed onto the tablets and placed in a tumbling pan, allowing for even coverage. Heated air is continuously blown into the pan, forming a uniform and thin film on the tablet's surface.
B. Sugar Coating:
The syrup is sprayed onto the tablets by a metering pump, then through the repeated process of tumbling, cooling, and drying to form a thick sugar layer to protect the tablet.
