Top spray:

including traditional Chinese medicine, Western pharmaceuticals, juice powders, seasonings, lactic acid bacteria, as well as pigments, dyes, and synthetic materials in the chemical industry. This process allows the fine powders to adhere together, forming granules of uniform size.

Side spray : 

A core, typically made from sugar syrup, is placed on a rotating disc. Hot air, flowing upward through the gap between the rotating disc and the chamber walls, creates a tumbling motion that evenly exposes the core to the coating material. Simultaneously, a liquid solution, containing binders or active ingredients, is sprayed onto the rolling core. The liquid adheres, forming thin layers that are simultaneously dried by the hot air. This process is repeated, gradually building up the coating, allowing the liquid to bind the powder to the core and form a thin film structure, further enhancing the granulation or coating effect.

Bottom spray : 

Hot air is directed through a specially designed mesh at the bottom of the granulation chamber. This airflow creates a siphoning effect, causing particles to move from the outer edges towards the center and upwards within the chamber. Simultaneously, a spray nozzle positioned at the bottom of the chamber sprays the coating solution (such as a drug solution or film-forming agent) upwards onto the particles. This ensures that the liquid adheres evenly to the particles as they are in motion, facilitating uniform coating.
