Principle

The low-temperature vacuum concentrator works by reducing atmospheric pressure, which lowers the boiling point of solvents. For example, at 1 atm (25°C), water boils at 100°C. Under reduced pressure, water and other solvents evaporate at much lower temperatures. This enables solvent removal while preserving the solute, which remains due to its higher boiling point. The process is similar to vacuum distillation and is ideal for concentrating solutions without exposing heat-sensitive materials to high temperatures, preventing thermal decomposition.

  • Natural Materials Processing: Used to extract and concentrate active ingredients from natural materials by evaporating water and alcohol using steam heat, ensuring continuous low-temperature concentration.

Basket-Type Extraction Concentrator

Features : 

  1. Ideal for scenarios where production quantities are small and product varieties are diverse. Medicinal materials are placed in a basket made of perforated mesh, which is lifted and lowered using a hoist. The structure is simple, requiring less space for operation.
